This series reexamines ubiquitous objects and articles in which value has been reduced or abandoned. The larger-than-life relics, the abstracted graphs of imaginary statistics and the fantastic landscapes are from a pragmatic aesthetic that resides in the routine of daily activity. The works ramble through notions of the sublime taking form in photography and sculpture as reflected abstractions that admit a relevant perspective of attraction to some of those things found everywhere.
