His series Inside/Out can be seen as a temporal return to the aesthetic of the 60s to 90s. The objects that he selects, always in plastic, are deeply ingrained in our society as icons, and are collectively discarded or put aside for novelty as time passes.
The repetitive and mechanical aspect of his technique refers to our current and past relationship to consumerism, overconsumption and cultural objects as it is currently found in our society. The meticulousness of his work draws our attention to the details. It is this desire to catch the eye and to thwart our pre-established visions that drives his artistic practice.
