Trois œuvres de Derrick Velasquez sont présentées au Utah Museum of Contemporary Art dans le cadre de l’exposition collective Something From Everything, qui explore l’expansion continue de la matérialité dans la sculpture du XXIᵉ siècle.

Parallèlement à son exposition solo actuellement présentée à la galerie, cette participation institutionnelle s’inscrit dans la poursuite des recherches de l’artiste autour des structures, des systèmes de fabrication et des transformations de la matière. Réunissant des pratiques contemporaines diverses, l’exposition met en dialogue des approches qui interrogent les limites entre forme, matériau et perception.

L’exposition est présentée du 27 juin 2025 au 3 janvier 2026.

Three works by Derrick Velasquez are on view at the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art as part of the group exhibition Something From Everything, which examines the expanding use of materiality in 21st-century sculpture.

Alongside his ongoing solo exhibition at the gallery, this institutional presentation extends Velasquez’s research into structures, systems of production, and material transformation. Bringing together diverse contemporary practices, the exhibition highlights approaches that interrogate the boundaries between form, material, and perception.

The exhibition is on view from June 27, 2025 to January 3, 2026.
